As a Buddhist chaplain, it is against my rofessional and religious beliefs to promote any religion or to influence someone’s existing beliefs. I’m not going to push any beliefs on you.
All religions have their own degree of truth, and people choose the system that makes sense to them. I believe the ultimate level of inclusiveness is achieved by connecting to the spiritual underpinnings that connect all individuals. I encourage you to think for yourself. Don’t accept everything I or anyone says. Take what seems useful to you, let the rest go, and construct the meaning that makes sense for you and give you a solid foundation.
